Privacy
The calculator processes your inputs and results in browser memory. Our calculator code does not send your goals, balances, contributions, APY, dates or results to a calculation service, analytics, logs or a sharing URL. It does not use localStorage or sessionStorage.
Calculator inputs
Reset clears the calculator's current inputs and result. Reloading starts a new plan. These actions are not a guarantee of erasure from browser autofill, browser recovery, operating-system memory or software you choose to use.
Printing
Print plan opens your browser's print dialog. You choose the printer or PDF destination. We do not upload the plan. Any saved file, printer service or cloud-print storage follows your choices and that provider's terms.
Hosting and technical requests
Cloudflare serves this static site and processes ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and requested public page. Calculator values are not included in our page addresses or requests. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
This site has no active analytics or advertising tags. Advertising is being prepared for a possible later release. Any activation requires separate checks and an updated account of the actual consent and privacy controls.
Advertising scripts running on a calculator page can technically read its content, including financial input fields. Calculating locally, declining personalised ads or displaying a consent notice alone does not prove those scripts cannot access your values. Unresolved advertising privacy keeps the tags disabled.
Optional feedback
When you choose Give feedback, we load a Tally form to collect your message and optional category and email address. We send only fixed site, page, component, language, release and environment identifiers. We do not attach your savings goals, balances, contributions, dates or calculation results or page query string. Please do not put savings amounts, bank details or other personal financial information in your message.
We use feedback to improve the site and may use your optional email only for follow-up about your message. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and fixing product problems. Feedback is not a marketing subscription.
Tally receives your message and ordinary connection information, including your IP address. See Tally’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We remove the optional contact field and minimise personal details before sending feedback to OpenAI’s Codex for AI-assisted analysis. This processing uses external services and does not happen entirely on your device. International processing and provider recovery periods may apply; see OpenAI’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Access is limited to the operator and authorised processing. We may keep restricted backups of feedback and review progress in Google Drive; see Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We review raw feedback and its backups for deletion after 90 days. Recovery periods may apply. We retain minimised improvement themes only while needed, and a person decides what to change.
